سياسة الإرجاع والاسترداد

نشكركم على التسوق في متجر تشيس هايف. نفخر بجودة منتجاتنا المصنوعة يدويًا ونسعى جاهدين لضمان رضاكم. يرجى قراءة سياسة الإرجاع والاسترداد بعناية.

1. طريقة الدفع

نعتمد نظام الدفع المسبق فقط. يجب دفع جميع الطلبات إلكترونيًا عبر بوابة الدفع الآمنة الخاصة بنا وقت الشراء. لا نوفر خدمة الدفع عند الاستلام للشحنات الدولية إلى الإمارات العربية المتحدة.

2. الشحن والتوصيل

يتم شحن جميع الطلبات من ورشتنا عبر شركة أرامكس. يستغرق التوصيل عادةً من يومين إلى ثلاثة أيام عمل من تاريخ الشحن. بمجرد شحن طلبكم، ستتلقون رقم تتبع لمتابعة عملية التوصيل.

3. سياسة الإرجاع (الطلبات الدولية)

نظرًا لطبيعة الشحن الدولي وجودة منتجاتنا المصنوعة يدويًا، لا نقبل إرجاع المنتجات في حال تغيير الرأي أو في حال عدم وجود عيب فيها. جميع المبيعات نهائية بمجرد شحن المنتج.

4. المنتجات التالفة أو المعيبة

رضاكم هو أولويتنا. إذا وصل طلبك تالفًا أو مكسورًا أو به عيب تصنيعي ناتج عن الشحن أو الإنتاج، فسنقوم برد المبلغ كاملًا دون الحاجة إلى إرجاع المنتج.

للحصول على استرداد المبلغ في هذه الحالة، يجب عليك:

• الإبلاغ عن المشكلة خلال 24 ساعة من استلام الطرد.

• تقديم دليل واضح على التلف (صور أو مقاطع فيديو للمنتج التالف والتغليف).

5. عملية استرداد المبلغ

بمجرد تقديم طلبك والتحقق منه بناءً على الأدلة المقدمة، سنقوم بمعالجة طلب استرداد المبلغ كاملًا. سيتم إضافة المبلغ تلقائيًا إلى طريقة الدفع الأصلية خلال فترة زمنية محددة، وفقًا لسياسات البنك الذي تتعامل معه.

Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Chess Hive. We take great pride in the craftsmanship of our handmade products and are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. Please read our policy regarding returns and refunds carefully.

1. Payment Method

We operate on a Prepaid Basis Only. All orders must be paid online via our secure payment gateway at the time of purchase. We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for international shipments to the UAE.

2. Shipping & Delivery

All orders are shipped from our workshop via Aramex. Delivery typically takes 2 to 3 business days from the date of dispatch. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your delivery.

3. Return Policy (International Orders)

Due to the nature of international shipping and the handcrafted quality of our products, we do not accept returns for change of mind or non-defective items. All sales are final once the product is shipped.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

Your satisfaction is our priority. If your order arrives damaged, broken, or has a manufacturing defect caused during transit or production, we will provide a Full Refund without requiring you to return the product.

To qualify for a refund in this case, you must:

• Report the issue within 24 hours of receiving the package.

5. Refund Process

Once your claim is submitted and verified based on the evidence provided, we will process your full refund. The credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your bank's policies.
